When students or parents or guardians of students enquire or enrol into the program, a form must be completed and submitted which will include the collection and use of your personal information being your name, email address, telephone number, address and date of birth (“the Information”).
3. Why do we need your information?
We collect the Information for the purpose of allowing students to enrol in and participate in the Alpha Omega Program. The information will be used for administration purposes and to contact the people listed as emergency contacts in the enrolment form in the event of an emergency. We also collect the Information to enable us to inform you of other programs and activities offered by Alpha Omega. When we no longer need the Information, we will take all reasonable steps to de-identify or destroy the Information.
4. How do we store your information?
We store the information securely on site.
5. Who does Alpha Omega disclose your information to?
Alpha Omega does not disclose the Information to any third parties except as required by law.
6. What happens if you do not provide the Information?
If you do not consent to us collecting, using and storing the Information we will be unable to provide the student with access to the Program. Please direct any queries about this to the Privacy Officer whose details are provided below.
